As a Genius Admin I impacted the customer experience by organizing a team of over 150 and their activities. Identified opportunities to create efficiency and drive performance. Conducting outreach to stores to research issues and resolve critical escalations. As a specialist, oversaw all operations for the Westfarms location and assisted in over 10 New Store Openings and Remodels.
