Managed store facilities for 250+ stores on the East Coast across all of J.Crew Group’s brands. (J.Crew, Madewell, Factory, & Crewcuts). Oversaw all preventative maintenance and on-demand work orders. Acted as the liaison with Construction, Store Operations,, Legal, & Real Estate departments for stores. Coordinated and managed national network of contractors and vendors and ensure all issues are executed to brand standards.
