Directed all project components including, real estate site selection, pre-development, entitlements, design, procurement, construction and coordination with pre-opening operations to ensure that all projects were completed and delivered on time and on budget. Hired to lead national expansion, taking the brand from 4 to 13 studios across the United States. In addition, directed ongoing repairs & maintenance contracts and provided site leadership to troubleshoot technical problems, remove bottlenecks, and support Operations.
