Responsibilities included, streamlining process across the organization by implementing Procore for constructions project management. Managing high level feasibility estimates from early concept level and/or due diligence information, including all soft, hard construction and direct costs. Negotiate with vendors and contractors through bidding process, leveling bids, awarding contractors, contract negation!ons, including value engineering.
